For more than 70 years the WALLNER HOLZHANDEL GmbH has been dealing with every kind of wood. Actually WALLNER joins the HOLZPARTNER GmbH, a cooperation of 11 wholesalers in wood in Austria.
This cooperation gives more strength in purchase, handling and marketing, always following our maxime "be thinking and acting like a partner".
Founded by the three brothers Franz, Hermann and Otto in a small location in the city centre of St. Pölten, WALLNER now became a company with 70 employees and offers a complete assortment of processed wood: chip boards, block boards, veneered or laminated, MDF, laminates and so on, as well as kiln-dried high class timber for the joiner, construction timber, laminated lumber in spruce and large for the carpenter and appertaining material like OSB and DHF boards.
Since the purchase of the Harlander Zwirnfabrik in 1987 wholesale and retail - locations have been seperated. For wholesale there is an area of 57000 m² (14 acres) with many huge halls (12000 m²). The retail is now located in the Porschestrasse in a hall with a surface of 4000m². There is also a service centre for wholesale and retail equipped with 3 modern full automatic saws in response to individual demand. Futhermore a new edgebander with latest technology provides the best possible quality.

Delivery service:
12 trucks (2 of them with a crane plattform) are all the week in full activity and bring our goods to the customers within a radius of 150 km.
